Thanks to our new eccentric roller technology, an impact load is exerted on the material to be shredded in addition to the pressure between the rollers. This additional impact-like movement of the roller can significantly increase throughput.

The vibrating chute makes it possible to feed the material evenly. This is very important as the roller crusher requires an even feed. The vibration of the chute distributes the material across the entire width of the chute.

The chute can be advanced and retracted manually depending on the feed volume.

Instead of having to set the gap between the rollers manually, there is an option for automatic gap adjustment:

The moving roller can be moved by means of sprocket adjustment including geared motor and thus the gap can be set automatically.
