In general, we offer almost all repairs or refurbishments for comminution technology or related equipment and machinery.

Our specialties include on-site assemblies, bearing replacements, sandblasting, priming and painting, as well as repairs and test runs at our facility.

Additionally, we manufacture steel components and support structures such as feed hoppers, discharge chutes, and conveyor belt constructions according to your specifications. We are happy to create these designs in SolidWorks beforehand, so you can review them in three-dimensional form.

We are happy to take care of your old vertical mill rotor.

In most cases, we can repair various damages and wear on the rotor and renew the wear layers.

This allows us to offer you a cost-effective repair for your rotor.

One of the most common repairs on comminution machines is the replacement of worn or damaged bearings.

We perform these replacements either at our facility or directly on-site at your plant.

Purchasing a new shaft can often be very expensive. In most cases, it is possible to repair a worn shaft by welding it, turning it to the correct dimensions, and continuing to use it.

This repair saves a significant amount of money compared to buying a new shaft.

For a severely worn rotor, it is always necessary to weigh whether refurbishment is still worthwhile or if investing in a new rotor would be a better option.

With our CNC cutting machine, we are capable of cutting out all the raw parts of a rotor, processing them at our facility, and welding them together to create a new rotor.

After several years of operation, if the housing and swing of a jaw crusher have become somewhat worn, we can repair the parts, weld them anew, sandblast, and paint them.

Not only jaw crushers are restored by us, but we can also repair and refurbish any other type of comminution machinery from the ground up.

Another specialty is welding work, such as overlay welding or steel constructions of all kinds.

We can gladly design these for you in 3D with SolidWorks beforehand to provide you with a better visualization of the parts.

On-site assemblies are one of our main tasks. We travel throughout Austria and our neighboring countries to assist you with various repairs and modifications at your facility.
